What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept MMG (mobile money) and PayPal. All transactions are secured and your billing information is never stored on our servers.
How long are my listings active?+
Free Starter listings are active for 10 days and can be renewed manually. Pro plan listings are active for your full 90-day billing cycle and auto-renew with your subscription.
What does the Verified badge mean?+
The Verified badge appears on all your listings and storefront. It signals to buyers that your dealership has been reviewed and confirmed by OneGy Cars, building trust and increasing your conversion rate.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?+
Absolutely. You can cancel or downgrade to Starter at any time from your dealer dashboard. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Do I need technical skills to set up my storefront?+
